In other word, our shipping methods are based in 3 categories, which are shipping by land, shipping by sea, and shipping by air.
Each shipping method is different based on each shipping carrier.

Normally, it is depending on the type of shipping carrier and the choice of their shipping methods. Some shipping carriers are faster than another. If your order is placed to deliver international, it’s best to choose either DHL or UPS or FedEx to obtain super-fast delivery.
If you are placing your order within the United States and/or Canada, you can as well use choose USPS with a faster shipping method.

Orders & Returns
In order for you to place an order, you will need to create an account on our platform. You can create a free regular customer account, or you can create a free vendor account.
Having either one of these accounts above will allow you to place an order on our platform.
Now, for you to place an order on our place, you will need to choose the product you want to buy, save it to your cart or you can choose “Buy it now” button to buy the product without saving it to your cart. Then you will need to select a shipping method to go with your order. Afterward, you use a payment method to pay for your transaction. When done, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us detailing about your transaction status.
Again, it’s always best to communicate to the seller you are operating the transaction or the order from in order for you to have a complete and a better understanding of your purchase.
You can cancel or change your order by doing so on your transaction tab. You can also contact the seller you were processing the order from by telling him/her that you want to either cancel the order you just placed or change it.
But note that, your order has to be fully completed at first in order for you to cancel or change it or before requesting to do so.

Yes, you need an account to place an order. The reason why you need an account to place an order on our platform, we need to know details or little bit of information about you in case something happen between you and that transaction so we can help you better with either receiving this package in the best possible or perfect way, or we can also help you get a refund as soon as possible.
After placing an order on our platform, it will be mandatory for the seller you purchase the order from to provide you with a valid tracking number for your transaction.
You can either track that number on the shipping carrier site or you can track your order on the tracking button you’ll find located at the top right of our website.
If any reason you cannot track your order, or you are having issues with tracking your package, please contact your seller or contact us directly.
